My parents are original owners, bought in 1981 and have been going almost every year since! we just got back but now it is time to sell. It is like home away from home, with every amenity nearby. Our unit is on the fifth floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! We watch the dolphins swimming quite frequently from our balcony! Picture showing red car from balcony is the parking spot for the unit.
The beaches are the primary center of activity. You can enjoy parasailing, fishing, boating, waterskiing, sailing etc. In addition, the St. Petersburg area has become the most important tourist center on Florida's western coast, due in large part to its many interesting sightseeing attractions. From the balcony you will see the most beautiful sunsets! Clearwater beach is also fairly closeby and is a popular destination!

This is a finely appointed 1 bedroom suite with 1 bath that will accommodate 4 guests comfortably.
Usage Type: Annual - Every Year
Annual Maintenance Fees which are paid by everyone in January: $545.00 US (as of Jan/19). We have paid this year because we had to but are really hoping to sell this year and so the buyer would need to pay this back to us.

Cost of unit is actually $3500 US but there are closing costs of $450 US (as of Feb/19)
In summary you would pay the lawyer in Florida: $3500 + $450 to transfer the deed in your name and $545 US to us to be able to use the timeshare this year!
